Marblehead Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will provide behavioral support services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) emotional and behavioral challenges and other disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making functional behavior assessments and the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Key Responsibilities:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with school direct and consultative services to students teachers and support analyze and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as and coach school staff in the implementation of behavior strategies and data collection with special education teams school psychologists counselors and families to support student the development of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and other school-wide behavior accurate documentation and comply with all federal state and district regulations.Qualifications:Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related of 2 years of experience working in a school or clinical setting with students with autism and/or emotional and behavioral expertise in data collection and analysis to inform behavioral interpersonal communication and organizational to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and with the families of Marblehead.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in public school with IEP development and special education or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and education benefits package including health dental and development opportunities
