Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Professionalize and grow business acc. BD of Linde and Still brands within the country with the right resources
- Develop own concepts as well as lead and support execution of central concepts best practices and guidelines
- Active search for new suppliers for projects - use after approval by the Visegrad Subregion
- Setting bottom-up as well as translating top-down targets into action monitoring and controlling of performance targets based on strategic planning/budget and initiate the appropriate measures to secure and develop the business
- ILS KION ITS Slovakia team coordination
- Automation development of Linde and STILL sales teams in cooperation with Brand Heads
- Ensure and foster good practice exchange in the Country and with other Countries Monitor the market developments thoroughly and provide market feedback as well as prediction and input to business lines and HQ as well as challenge them Strategic management of suppliers
- Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities establishing strong relationships with new partners and clients
- Handover of sold equipment at customer sites supporting optimized deliveries Supervising and managing projects from contract signing to delivery
- Compiling online reports and project statistics
- Ensure proper implementation of ITS Project Sales & Realization Process
Tasks and Qualifications:
Required functional competencies / experience / qualifications
Education & Profession
- Several years (5 years) experience within Leading Roles in Sales or Project management
- Experience with management/implementation of Intralogistics projects within international company
- Command English language crucial
- Required abilities
- Understanding of Material handling and Intralogistics market and products/solutions
- Agile and easy adaptable personality depending on situation and need
- Good market and industry background or at least understanding
- Ability to develop contacts and reliable business partners internally and externally
- Strong communication skills and social competence as well as coaching/consultancy ability
- Strong personality able to lead independently and equally both teams Linde and Still within KION ITS Slovakia
