Job Summary
Mast Roofing a locally owned full-service residential and light commercial roofing window door and siding company in Oley PA is in search of a full-time Roofing Sales Representative with experience selling to homeowners and/or business owners. We have been in business for over 28 years and have an excellent reputation for quality and service (Check out all our amazing reviews on Google!). This position has an earning potential of $130000/year with potential bonuses. We also offer a full benefits package that includes medical vision dental a retirement plan paid time off (PTO) bonuses a company truck laptop phone and complete technical and sales training.
DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Conduct 8-10 weekly appointments with homeowners and business leaders
- Demonstrate products to potential clients
- Perform detailed roof & attic inspections
- Prepare detailed proposal on-site using company-provided estimating software
- Emphasize product/service features & benefits quote a price & present financing options
- Expect & Overcome objections
- Maintain a professional image & carry yourself in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean vehicle
- Update appropriate sales data & paperwork daily
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and be organized
- Good computer skills
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Must live within one hour of the office
