Operations Engineer

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for driving operational excellence Were looking for an experienced Operations Engineer to provide critical technical support to our plant operations teams and lead front-end engineering development for capital this role youll be a key contributor to cross-functional and cross-site initiatives often taking the lead on high-profile projects that shape the future of Mosaics operations. What youll do

Provide front-end engineering development of capital projects including planning identifying business objectives identifying and evaluating viable options preliminary design development and preliminary economic and risk mitigation evaluation.
Provide plant process engineering support to operations group including plant optimization troubleshooting efficiency improvement problem solving and problem prevention.
Leverage resources and expertise across plant sites to enhance operational performance.
Responsible for commissioning and start-up support for assigned projects.
Support current business initiatives. Typical initiatives include specific problem-solving projects or improvement activities involving multiple sites.
Ensure site safety and environmental standards are being followed through safety audits risk assessments and housekeeping tours.
Report any issues that can impact the environment or the safety of the employees.

What youll need

Bachelors degree in Engineering required
Project Managment Experience with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
Proficiency in MS Office products PI/OSISoft products or similar data historian added benefit if the experience is with AutoCAD Microsoft Project/Primavera (or similar software) experience
Competent in understanding and translating data analytics
SAP/Maximo application experience preferred

Engineer I

0 years of related experience
Experience in related co-op or internship is preferred
Demonstrated active team participation.
Experience leading teams and facilitating groups is preferred.

Engineer II

2 years or more of related experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience

Engineer III

4 years or more of related experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in multi team roles.
Professional Engineer certification preferred

Engineer Senior

8 years or more of related experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading cross functional teams.
