Position Overview:

TheConnection and Belonging Internwill support the Connection and Belonging team in advancing inclusive workplace initiatives and community engagement efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee network support event activation research and stakeholder engagement. Interns will gain exposure to corporate Connection and Belonging strategy and contribute to meaningful projects that promote belonging.

What Youll Do:

• Assist the Connection and Belonging team withbenchmarking and researching best practicesrelated to Employee Networks.
• Support Employee Networks withproject coordination and initiative planning.
• Maintain aninventory of identity items and promotional materials.
• Conductresearch and analysisas directed by the Workforce Experience Connection and Belonging Director.
• Participate inpromotional and business development activities.
• Network and engage with thebusiness communityat Chamber and civic events.
• Helpactivate corporate sponsorshipsat local nonprofit events.
• Conduct research and respond tobusiness surveysas assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Human Resources or related field.
• Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel).
• Ability toprioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Highlycollaborative and team-oriented.
• Strongorganizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good judgment and ability to maintainconfidentiality.
• Ability tocommute to the New Orleans officeand attend local events.
