Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) within an innovation program for the Rolling Stock activity.
Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking colleagues in a multicultural team environment.
You will be specifically responsible for planning and steering RAMS deliverables while also being expected tounderstand the proposed technical solutionschallenge them constructivelycompare alternatives and bring aninnovative and agile mindsetto address railway safety risks and reliability performance.
Well look to you for:
Planning and managing RAMS activities and deliverables for projects and programs.
Ensuring compliance with safety and reliability requirements as per Alstoms policies.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on RAMS objectives.
Assessing and demonstrating the safety and reliability performance of Alstom products.
Defining and tracking safety and reliability actions to closure.
Coordinating with independent parties (e.g. ISA NoBo DeBo) to address open points.
Providing timely and accurate reporting on RAMS activities and progress.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of RAMS processes and tools.

Degree in Electrical Electro-mechanical or Railway Engineering (or equivalent).
Understanding of RAMS methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of rolling stock integrator engineering or validation (training will be provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including with external stakeholders.
Proficiency in time management and reporting.
Fluency in English (reading writing and speaking in technical contexts).
