Job Summary

NJ Substitute Teacher or Paraprofessional Certification Required

EFFECTIVE: 2025-2026 School Year

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid New Jersey Substitute Certificate or Paraprofessional Certificate;
Demonstrated ability to work with or experience working with children in an educational setting;
Ability to maintain a positive learning environment;
Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting the needs of students;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

REPORTS TO:Principal

SALARY:As per salary guide starting at $29971

BENEFITS:In addition to the base salary eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package:
including medical/vision prescription and dental insurance and paid time off. Will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:10-month position
