Job Description
Position: Operations Leader Food Manufacturing
Location: South Bend IN (Northern Indiana region)
Were looking for an experienced operations leader to manage and optimize plant performance in a dynamic food production environment. The role focuses on safety quality efficiency and team leadership while driving continuous improvement.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead daily operations and production KPIs
- Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop teams
- Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to align goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering Food Science Operations or similar
- 5 years leadership in production/operations (food preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lean/TPM practices
- Proven ability to lead large teams and complex processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
