SUMMARY OF ROLE:
$1200 Sign On Bonus
12 Hour Rotating Night Shift
**Starting at 26.00/hr
Maintenance Technicians support day-to-day operations of all machines equipment and areas of the facility. They perform preventive maintenance provide technical assistance assist with production equipment upgrades rebuilds fabricate modify assemble and repair a variety of production components/assemblies/systems utilizing various equipment and tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an at-will employer SIG (formerly Scholle IPN) reserves the right to add to or modify this list to the extent it deems strict conformance to all applicable codes electrical & OSHA safety requirements for facility and equipment as well as SIG safety & repairs production machine equipment and input to preventive & predictive maintenance reads and interprets electrical pneumatic hydraulic & mechanical schematics for ideas & support to capital planning lean manufacturing & continuous improvement initiativesMaintain maintenance programs & files. Documents daily mechanical and electrical support of routine & preventive solving & continuous improvement resource for programming variable speed drives electrical pneumatic controls mechanical systems support of departmental standards for safety sanitation & housekeepingSupports the introduction of new for reporting food/product safety problems or risks to a supervisor or manager immediately or take action if duties as assigned.
YOU BRING THESE SKILLS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
EDUCATION:
Associate degree in industrial or electrical maintenance technology or5 to 7 years of related maintenance experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Ability to solve electrical/ hydraulic/mechanical/ pneumatic electrical hydraulic mechanical pneumatic and technical knowledge is of electric motors hydraulic systems conveyors gears to use and operate basic maintenance and repair tools and machining to accurately use precision measurement instruments to check parts check tolerances check alignment of molding machine troubleshooting experience is a reads and interprets electrical pneumatic hydraulic & mechanical and ability to understand basic drawings equipment manuals parts lists and equipment instructionsHands-on metal fabrication experience: welding experience is a to work safely and follow regulatory and Company Policies and attitude cooperative nature and strong team to work carefully in a precision tooling and precision product the desire and ability to generate innovative ideas provide recommendations and be flexible.
