ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Guaranteed salary for the first 9 - 12 months with an option to move to a productivity-based model once established
As a OnePeak Medical Provider you will utilize business metrics to learn how to manage your panel and maximize your earning potential
4 Day work week 3 day weekend
Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales
Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson PhD for all new providers
We honor support! New providers start out with 40-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments
In house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults
NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS
Current unrestricted Oregon state license or ability to obtain license
DEA license
National Certification
Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care
