Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction
- Identify develop manage and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
- Build relationships identify stakeholders and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in driving process and tool improvements
- Experience in project management including resource planning managing schedules reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel
