Job Summary
Overview
Clinician Stetson School (Seven Hills Foundation Affiliate)
Salary Range: $64160 $79160 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $7500 for Clinicians (limited time only-through November 15th 2025!)
Stetson School an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation is a residential treatment program in Barre MA serving youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are currently hiring dedicated Clinicians to join our team.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time with flexibility in work hours and the ability to work from home as needed
Population: Youth ages 922 with complex trauma problem sexual behaviors and other high-risk behaviors
Role: Provide individual and family therapy treatment planning and clinical oversight as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in psychology social work counseling psychology or marriage and family therapy. Licensed or license-eligible.
Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Must successfully pass criminal background checks including DCF abuse and neglect sex offender registry and federal fingerprinting.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work as a creative engaged and dedicated member of the Stetson team.
