Description:You will be a Missile Assembler for our production team. Our team is responsible for assembling and testing missile systems working together to meet production deadlines and deliver high-quality products.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Missile Assembler you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the assembly and testing of missile systems including material handling assembly operations and inspection. You will work in a fast-paced environment using desktop computing applications and electronic media to complete tasks efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Material handling and assembly operations
- Inspection and test of missile systems
- Integration of hardware and parts kitting
- Warehousing and fork truck operations
- Calibration and configuration data management
- Working any shift/schedule including first shift second
shift and weekend schedule

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
Successful completion of AIDT Training required.

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore all candidates must be US citizens.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to work any shift/schedule (first shift second shift weekend schedule)
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval to be an employee possessor (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in the revocation of an offer and loss of employment
Desired Skills:
The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.
Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level:Secret

Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day 3 days off per week
