We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in this position you will play a critical role in turning data into insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to launch and beyond.
What you will do
- Data Analysis: Perform both ad-hoc and continuous deep-dive analyses on large datasets (structured and unstructured) to uncover patterns forecast trends and evaluate business performance.
- System & Process Observability: Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to define KPIs establish measurement frameworks and deliver insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Reporting: Design develop and automate enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Communication: Present analytical findings into compelling data stories including executive-level presentations to influence decision making.
What you bring
- Proven experience as in the domain of data analysis business intelligence or related fields.
- Advanced skills in Excel and statistical analysis; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP products and technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficient written and verbal English skills.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities with a track record of influencing stakeholders through data.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive curious mindset and a passion for transforming data into business value.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams especially in a virtual environment.
