Job Summary
Job Description:
This position reports to the Head of Safety and Quality and assists the position of Safety Management and Quality Management in safety and quality management to achieve the companys aviation maintenance safety and quality goals.
in the improvement of safety and quality systems.
in the improvement of process/procedures like MMM MOE SOP WI etc.
in the development and follow-up of maintenance capability approvals and certifications.
the Safety Action Group in the management of risks and opportunities.
the Internal Investigation Audit and Statutory Self-examination.
the Management of Change.
the Aviation Material Inspection.
the Maintenance Records.
the CAAC Regulations Normative Telegraphs and so on.
the maintenance work feedback coordination and resolution of quality issues;
in the development of internal documentation.
expertise on document management and archiving management.
with local authorities.
report to the position of Quality Management and Safety Management for any malfunctions and help resolve problems related to non-conformity.
tasks assigned by the N1 manager Quality Management and Safety Management.
QUALIFICATION
: College or above.
: At least 5 years of experience in the aviation maintenance industry 3 years experience in maintenance safety and/or quality and having aircraft maintenance experience or quality and safety experience in an airline is a bonus.
:
CCAR Part-66 R3 license category TA is mandatory.
A320 and B737NG/A330 type endorsement experience is mandatory.
Auditor certification is preferred.
Maintenance Personnel License English level 3 or above is preferred.
Safety Management Personnel Certification is preferred.
Investigation Personnel Certification is preferred.
: Chinese speaker and basic technical English in reading written and oral speaking.
/ TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of CAAC & EASA & FAA PART 145 regulations;
Basic knowledge of AS9110 and AS9120 ISO14001 & 45001 risk management production plan and supplier management;
Skills of quality supervision investigation system audit product audit supplier audit etc;
Skills of office software google workspace is preferred.
