About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role is designed for recent graduates eager to apply their technical and analytical skills in a customer-facing environment. The Pre-Sales Engineer will support Pre-Sales Solution Architects by conducting technology research assisting with services and cloud pricing and performing configuration item and contract reconciliation. This position offers the unique opportunity to be mentored by the most senior technical resources in the company providing a solid foundation for career growth in pre-sales engineering solution architecture and enterprise IT consulting.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Operations teams with identifying contract scope changes during deployment and definition of change technology research to support solution design and customer in pricing and configuration of IT services and cloud solutions by analyzing vendor pricing models and cost cloud pricing analysis and configuration for customer configuration item and contract reconciliation to ensure accuracy in customer agreements and solution with Solution Architects to build technology solutions that align with customer a strong understanding of enterprise computing concepts including ERP databases networking operating systems data centers and cloud and maintain documentation related to solution designs pricing and with cross-functional teams including sales operations and finance to ensure accurate and competitive in training and mentorship programs led by senior engineers and solution architects.Required Qualifications & SkillsDatabase and/or data science experience or classwork degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) Computer Science Accounting Finance or a related business function with relevant computer science analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and present technical knowledge of enterprise IT environments including ERP systems networking operating systems databases data centers and cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial or pricing analysis to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business verbal and written communication to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented prior work experience required; internships or academic projects related to enterprise IT cloud computing or technology research are a plus.What We OfferHands-on mentorship from senior technical to cutting-edge enterprise technologies and cloud solutions.A structured career development path in pre-sales engineering and solution architecture.A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities to engage in real-world IT solution salary and benefits you are a recent graduate with a passion for technology enterprise IT and business solutions we encourage you to apply and start your journey with us!
