ManpowerGroup on behalf of its clients is in search of an experienced Manager to oversee the full spectrum of our business operations. The ideal canddate will drive performance ensure efficiency and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Location: Sparti Greece
Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: Area Manager

Responsibilities:

More specifically the candidate will:

Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Lead mentor and motivate high-performing teams to deliver consistent results
Oversee operational financial and commercial aspects of the store
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify growth opportunities
Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement
Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed
Lead risk management efforts to mitigate potential challenges effectively

Requirements

Proven leadership experience at a senior level preferably in a multi-unit retail or operational setting
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Track record of driving transformation and implementing innovative solutions
Commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
Strong conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
