The role:
Were looking for a strategic data-driven Business Analyst for our new business Traumhausverlosung. As the analytical partner to business leaders and the bridge to our central data organization youll help translate real-world performance into actionable insights drive better decision-making and contribute to our overall data maturity. Youll work closely with a Program Manager from the Data team business leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that data and analytics are aligned to the right priorities and drive measurable impact.
Your tasks:
Partner with business leaders to understand objectives challenges and KPIs
Lead daily/weekly/monthly performance monitoring through dashboards pulse checks and reports
Conduct deep-dive analyses on trends anomalies and opportunities across areas such as revenue customer lifetime value (CLV) churn first-time payer metrics (FTMP) and operational efficiency
Run forecasting and scenario analysis to inform strategic decisions
Translate insights into clear data-backed business recommendations
Build and manage self-service dashboards and tools using company-standard BI platforms
Collaborate with Data Analysts and Engineers to ensure data is accurate well-documented and aligned to domain needs
Participate in the prioritization process for analytics and data science initiatives in your domain ensuring the what is clearly defined before data execution begins
Support cross-functional goal setting and progress tracking across the business
What you offer us:
You have 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst Strategy Analyst or similar data-facing role in a fast-growing or scale-up environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience using BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
Comfortable building reports and dashboards as well as communicating complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Skilled in understanding business context evaluating trade-offs and recommending actions
Collaborative and proactive; you thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence without direct authority
Experience in a digital e-commerce or product-led business is a plus
Familiarity with forecasting models and scenario planning is a plus
