Job Summary
Mast Roofing & Construction of Oley PA is seeking to hire a full-time Construction Foreman to manage a crew in the greater Philadelphia PA area and get projects done in a timely and accurate manner. This position earns an annual salary of $80000-$100000/year depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
As a Construction Foreman you are also the face of our company since you are the one that is consistently out in the field during the project. You are a can-do get-it-done person who takes responsibility for the performance of you and your team. As both an offensive and defensive player you help your team prevent delays and stay within budget. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude get customers cheering!
Using your excellent coaching and mentoring skills you motivate your team to strive for victory. They are in good hands--as you not only teach them well but are very attentive to safety and knowledgeable about OSHA requirements. Guided by your ethics you never cheat but take pride in work that will stand the test of time for our customers and help our company continue to win new business!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
- A 2-year winning record in residential construction
- 1 year crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read plans and blueprints
- Ability to withstand Mother Natures tactics
- Athletic ability to lift climb stretch and perform other tasks typically associated with construction work
- Leadership ability

WORK SCHEDULE
The full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours per week.
