| Job Description: | The Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support seminars events and front-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating logistics assisting guests and keeping a department running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate weekly MAE seminars (set-up catering recording guest support).
- Arrange travel and reimbursements for seminar speakers and visiting faculty.
- Support departmental events including catering RSVPs setup and cleanup.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front office answering phones and assisting visitors.
- Assist with supply orders calendars signage and general administrative needs.
