LOCATION: Thistles Shopping Centre Stirling

SHIFT PATTERN: 5 over 7 40 hours per week

PAY RATE: 12.71 per hour

Job Objective & Responsibilities:

We are looking to appoint a temporary proactive Janitor to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all our customers and staff. This is a permanent contract.

Duties:

Waste management in line with on-site process and achieve recycling targets

Use of on-site equipment including cardboard baler waste compactor pallet lifter and ride on sweeper

Driving and operating company vehicles including towing a trailer

Maintain the cleanliness within the back of house areas including corridors and lifts

Maintain the cleanliness within the service yards and car park

Assist client and retailers with the removal of items requiring disposal

Take an active role in emergency situations including Fire Warden tasks

Work with on site and ad hoc contractors maintaining a professional and courteous manner

Candidate requirements:

Enjoy working as part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal

Excellent time management

Smart and well presented

High level of customer care awareness

Manual handling capability

Driving licence required
