Our client a fast-growing company specialized in finance is looking for a candidate to join their firm.

Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the corporations overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to assess cash flow profitability and potential financial risks.
Adjust financial plans to maximize resource efficiency and support the achievement of business targets.
Supervise and authorize capital requirements for subsidiary companies.
Identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing the corporations capital structure for long-term growth.
Oversee corporate budgeting processes and disbursement planning.
Approve budgets following established guidelines to ensure capital is used effectively.
Implement cost-control measures and provide early warnings for potential budget overruns.
Assess the corporations financial health using key financial metrics.
Generate periodic financial reports and offer strategic insights based on financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements.
Lead train and develop the finance and accounting team to enhance their expertise.
Foster a professional transparent and high-performance work culture within the finance department.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance or related field; MBA is preferred
At least 10 years in finance role
Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and international financial reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
