Job Description
Precision Paint and Body LLC works directly with Major Automobile Dealerships in and around the Jacksonville FL area. Our technicians do not work at the same location on a daily basis so we will provide a company vehicle with all of the required equipment. Having a clean driving record is a requirement.
This is a fast-paced friendly working environment.
We are looking for an experienced Auto Body & Paint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of auto body repair and painting techniques as well as experience in the use of hand and power tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles performing body work and preparing vehicles for painting. Attention to detail and the ability to perform quality workmanship in a fast-paced working environment are crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles with customers to determine needed repairs.
- Repair and replace damaged body parts.
- Mix and apply paint to vehicles.
- Utilize power tools to remove and install parts.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Skills:
Good mechanical skills. Ability to focus. Must be experienced at mixing paint and color matching / base coat / clear coat. Must be able to perform light non-collision bodywork. Must have excellent skills applying primer / base coat / clear coat. Must have good communication skills for interacting with customers.

Must have experience with light collision and cosmetic repairs.
