Job Description
We are seeking a project management and people skills enthusiast with a passion for curriculum development and a desire to make a real impact.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the subject matter Leadership Emotional Intelligence People skills Project management and Change management.
- Display a passion for explaining management concepts in simple words.
- Develop and design curriculum content for corporate training courses including learning flow interactives and follow-up activities for adult learners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate relevant and up to date.
Requirements
- Any UG/PG degree (English Commerce Management Social Science Psychology Mass Communication Journalism or related fields will be beneficial)
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience developing content in the field of people skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills:
