Job Description:

Updating and maintaining customer account information in client applications.
Handling the Banks branch requests and nurturing relationships.
Addressing ad-hoc requests and escalations in a timely manner.
Reviewing and completing daily work inflow from commercial bankers bank customers and prospects.
Demonstrating willingness to learn with limited training and possessing complete knowledge of unique client databases/applications.
Meeting/exceeding customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality & TAT.

Requirements

Requirements:

Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of work experience in the international banking industry.
General awareness of international banking products and services.
Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM IST to 4 AM IST) No rotational or day shift.
Location Mumbai.
On-site work.
Attention to detail.
