Job Description:
- Updating and maintaining customer account information in client applications.
- Handling the Banks branch requests and nurturing relationships.
- Addressing ad-hoc requests and escalations in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and completing daily work inflow from commercial bankers bank customers and prospects.
- Demonstrating willingness to learn with limited training and possessing complete knowledge of unique client databases/applications.
- Meeting/exceeding customer SLAs/expectations in terms of quality & TAT.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Any graduate with 0 to 6 months of work experience in the international banking industry.
- General awareness of international banking products and services.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM IST to 4 AM IST) No rotational or day shift.
- Location Mumbai.
- On-site work.
- Attention to detail.
