About the Role
IIDE is conducting walk-in interviews for Admissions Advisors who can assist students in selecting the right programs and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales and education counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students about IIDEs digital marketing courses helping them choose the right path based on their interests and career aspirations.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student needs
- Convert inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups
- Maintain lead databases and ensure seamless CRM updates
Requirements
Who Can Apply
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales or counseling
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office
Required Skills:
Skills & Requirements: - 1 - 7 years of experience in academic counseling / sales / admissions (edtech preferred). - Strong communication & presentation skills (English proficiency a must). - Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales/ conversion targets. - Ability to handle student objections and build trust through consultative counseling. - Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools Google Suite. - Passion for education and guiding students in making career choices.
