Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard overseas partners and clients (UK Europe GCC APAC).
Manage end-to-end partner relationships and performance reviews.
Develop new business pipelines and negotiate commercial agreements.
Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and visa processes.
Represent the company at international events and networking forums.
Requirements
48 years of experience in international recruitment global mobility or B2B partnerships.
Strong relationship management negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of international hiring regulations and frameworks.
Bachelors/Masters in Business HR or International Relations preferred.
