Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Audit Senior to join a Top 15 firm of chartered accountants in Maidstone Kent. Our client is a market-leading firm in Kent with a fantastic reputation and ability to offer some of the best client exposure across corporates not-for-profits listed businesses and international businesses. The practice offers a market-leading benefits package and fantastic internal progression prospects to Assistant Managers and beyond and theyre one of the best-paying practices in the South-East too. As an Audit Senior your typical daily duties will include;
- Leading audits with the support of a fantastic team around you
- Control each assignment ensuring that they meet agreed budget and timeline
- Managing the audit team whilst on site to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard and all queries are resolved with the client satisfactorily where possible
- Guide and supervise more junior members of staff
- Accounts preparation in line with the firms procedures
- Other ad-hoc consultancy assignment
Requirements
- ACA/ ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
- Extensive audit experience working within a Practice environment
- Confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery
- Team player who wants to join a family of like-minded individuals
- A dynamic approach - adapts quickly to change and can find smart ways to deliver the best results

Required Skills:
ACA/ACCA studying or qualified by experience Experience in audit fieldwork or potentially planning audits. Client-facing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
