Job Summary
Position Title: Senior Business Analyst
Work Set-up: Work Onsite/Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 110000.00 Php 120000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst:
Gather and document stakeholder requests such as timelines technical specifications and user requirements.
Collaborate with the Applications teams and other users to define and suggest solutions and ensure the project team understands all the details required.
Update stakeholders on project progress.
Identify blockers and ambiguity then resolve them immediately.
Assist with user acceptance testing.
Document application via user guides changelogs FAQs etc.
Work with Test Analysts to ensure the quality of delivery.
Qualifications as a Senior Business Analyst:
Proficient in Agile Software Development.
Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written.
Willingness to learn new technologies and business domains in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit - be able to speak with businesspeople and propose technical solutions alongside developers.
Ability to communicate with both business and technical people.
Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma.
Hands-on experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium.
Existing experience working in a high-performing team-based environment.
