You will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. This position that offers exposure to various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful team player with a strong interest in talent acquisition. Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates and conduct initial resume screenings. Reach out to candidates via phone email and social media to gauge interest and communicate key information about open positions. Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide timely feedback. Assist with onboarding activities including preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions. Stay informed about industry trends recruitment best practices and competitors to contribute valuable insights. Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities. Support the recruitment team with additional tasks and projects as needed. Identify challenging job vacancies and develop effective recruitment strategies. Analyse and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency. Administer required tests coordinate interviews and ensure adherence to company requirements.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related written and verbal communication organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to to work collaboratively within a team and across with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems (ATS).A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and task to adapt to changing priorities in
