Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Guide Trainer / Assistant Trainer for a prestigious luxury safari tour company in Botswana. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about training and developing future guides in a renowned safari environment.
Minimum Requirements:
FGASA NQF Level 4 certification
Assistant Trails Guide qualification
Actively pursuing Advanced Field Guide certification
At least 3 years of relevant guiding experience
Strong communication and training skills
A passion for conservation and sharing knowledge about the African bush
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the training and development of new guides to meet industry standards
Mentor junior guides and provide ongoing feedback and support
Conduct training sessions and practical field exercises
Ensure guides are up to date with the latest safety protocols guiding techniques and regulations
Help maintain training materials and update as needed
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of guest experience and safety
