Job Summary
Our client is a fast-growing CRM and digital consulting firm entering an exciting new phase of expansion. Theyre looking for a commercially driven senior leader who can shape strategy win high-value deals and deliver complex CRM transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise clients.
In this role youll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadershipdriving growth guiding talented consulting teams and ensuring exceptional delivery for clients.
Identify develop and close strategic opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
Define CRM strategies and lead full lifecycle transformation projects
Mentor and inspire high-performing consulting teams
Manage the commercial pipeline end-to-end from lead generation to project delivery
Represent the firm at events in marketing campaigns and through thought leadership
Play a key role in shaping the firms strategic direction and operational priorities
Requirements
8 years experience in CRM consulting digital transformation or business development
Deep knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
Proven track record of winning and managing major accounts
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach
Fluent English; Dutch or French is a strong plus
Understanding of the Benelux consulting market
