• Personal Care & Assistance: Help with bathing grooming dressing and hygiene. Support mobility including transfers and walking.
• Medication Support: Provide reminders and encourage clients to follow their prescribed medication schedules.
• Meal Support & Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation in line with dietary needs. Promote hydration and proper nutrition.
• Companionship: Offer friendly conversation and emotional support. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
• Health & Safety Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients conditions. Keep accurate records of care and observations.
