What you will do
- Reporting to the Global LDR Director you will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives in AMER.
- Help develop and manage lead generation strategies across inbound outbound and social channels.
- Help build and maintain scalable processes for prospecting data management and lead qualification.
- Oversee the daily activities of the AMER lead generation team providing coaching and performance management.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment messaging and campaign execution.
- Monitor analyze and report on lead generation metrics conversion rates and pipeline health.
- Help manage lead scoring models CRM hygiene and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing feedback and adoption of new tools/technologies.
- Represent Sysdig with prospects and customers at key industry events as needed.
What you will bring with you
- 3 years of experience as an inside sales or business development leader.
- Preferable background in SaaS cloud or security sales ideally with technical buyers.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Experience scaling and retaining high-performing teams.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between 120000 and 165000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors including your work location job-related experience and education.
