Position Summary:
V-Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking detail-oriented and compliance-driven candidates to serve as Health Licensing Specialist I in Washington DC. The Health Licensing Specialist I will support credentialing and licensing processes for healthcare professionals ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelors degree in Health Administration or related field preferred)
- Certification: None required (credentialing or compliance certifications are a plus)
- Skills & Abilities:
General understanding of healthcare credentialing processes
Ability to manage and verify applications reappointments and documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in using databases and credentialing systems
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and facility policies
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular cooperation and compliance with regulatory accreditation and membership-based organizations
- Implement credentialing processes for physicians medical assistants and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies facility guidelines and government regulations
- Review credentialing applications and paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update databases with healthcare professionals training education certifications experience and licensure
- Use designated systems to enter and manage credentialing data
- Support ongoing compliance efforts and assist with audits or reviews as needed

Pay Range:
$29.35 Hourly
