Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Corporate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their Corporate M&A Practice Group. This role will work closely with Private Equity Firms and Family Offices.

What are the minimum requirements

1-3 years of experience as a corporate attorney including experience in securities matters private fund formationsor mergers and acquisitions
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Large law firm or sophisticated boutique experience preferred

Location: Hybrid onsite in Nashville TN - were looking for strong JD graduates and/or 1st 2nd or 3rd year associates ready to move.

Compensation: $175000 Base Salary Bonus (20% of collections 2x salary)

Billable Requirements: 1500 annual minimum.
