As a Staff Software Engineer youll join a cross-functional team of talented engineers product managers and designers. You will shape the technical strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality software while fostering a culture of learning collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Technical Ownership

• Drive technical initiatives to build robust maintainable and scalable systems.
• Actively contribute to architectural discussions code reviews and technical strategy.
• Balance delivery speed with maintaining code quality and system integrity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Design and Program Management to deliver roadmap goals.
• Align business and technical priorities ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
• Identify dependencies and proactively remove blockers across teams.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• 5 years of professional software development experience with strong skills in Java/Kotlin React JavaScript and cloud.
• Experience delivering production-grade applications and scalable solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile Lean and DevOps principles.

Collaboration & Mindset

• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and align stakeholders effectively.
• Passion for learning innovation and building elegant high-quality software.
