As our Dispatcher - Office Assistant youll make $20.00 - $24.00/hour. We also offer great benefits like:

YOUR DAY
Working hours are 8:00 am 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.
As our entry-level Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep youll be assisting customers dispatching technicians and handling administrative responsibilities to keep our workdays productive organized and efficient. Each day brings something a little different as you strategically dispatch technicians and installers assist customers and provide exceptional customer service. Youll close out jobs complete daily activity reports and answer phone calls. Well also provide cross-training to help boost your administrative knowledge so you can take on additional duties when youre ready.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Solid customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit with the ability to efficiently dispatch technicians
- Comfortable making outbound calls
PREFERRED:
- Experience using dispatch software
- HVAC industry experience
