Compensation: $18.00/HR
Shift Differential: 10% ($1.80/HR)

How Will You Make an Impact:

As our Packaging and Labeling Associate on our Indianapolis team you will timely and accurately assemble and/or label pharmaceutical clinical trial treatments and supplies following all associated manufacturing regulatory standards and procedures.

A Day in the Life:

  • Daily manual and automated filling and packaging pharmaceutical treatments.
  • Accept/reject product to make sure they meet our acceptability and quality standards.
  • Accurately count and prepare product to ensure accurate inventory before and after the completion of each job order.
  • Timely complete training on operating requirements and procedures.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing packaging production or related industry
  • Preferred: Experience working in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industry.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Read and interpret procedure manuals training materials and product records.
  • Independently follow procedures and instructions.
  • Great teammate who completes tasks safely accurately and timely and helps others as needed.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to stand for long intervals of time and lift or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and gowns in work centers.
  • Near Vision Acuity with minimum 20/40 corrected vision and color vision.
