Job Summary
CSET Youth Services Department is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Program Coordinator with excellent organizational and analytical skills. As a Quality Assurance Program Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Youth Workforce programs. You will be responsible for monitoring performance reviewing processes and developing strategies to improve workflows documentation and data entry. This position helps maintain program compliance by ensuring that standards procedures and requirements are consistently met across the department. Additionally this role requires someone who can work independently take initiative and effectively manage their workload to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
