What Youll Do:

• Boost Competitiveness: Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs and optimize BOMs aligning with our strategic goals.

• Strategic Sourcing Partner: Influence commodity panel strategies and support supplier performance reviews and action plans.

• Lead NPI & VE/Resourcing: Own the supplier selection process for new product introductions and value engineering projects. Identify resourcing opportunities and drive cost-saving initiatives.

• Support Operations Excellence: Be the go-to interface for logistics capacity and quality issues. Negotiate chargebacks implement mitigation plans and support compliance and sustainability efforts.

• Build Strong Supplier Relationships: Act as a Key Supplier Contact (KSC) to foster long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.

What We Need:

• Experience: Strong experience in negotiation at least 2-3 years preferably in automotive industry. Strong experience in managing stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelors degree preferably in economics/technical industry;

• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency.
