Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Software Support Executive to join the Retail Product Support team of a well-established media and advertising company. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to clients troubleshoot software issues and assist with manual testing of software products. This role requires excellent communication skills strong problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via email phone or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and escalate bugs for timely resolution.
- Guide users through the installation configuration and usage of software products.
- Maintain accurate logs of support requests and resolutions for internal tracking.
- Execute manual test cases on new and existing software features.
- Identify document and report bugs using standard bug-tracking tools.
- Perform regression functional and usability testing across multiple platforms.
- Validate fixes and enhancements prior to deployment.
- Assist in the preparation of test plans test scenarios and test reports.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software support or testing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer communication and coordination abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
- Proficient in teamwork and collaboration.
- Good problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Proficiency in Marathi Hindi and English is mandatory
