Senior SimCorp Dimension Consultant – Data & Reporting Lead

Position Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SimCorp Dimension (SCD) expert with over 10 years of hands-on experience across key modules and data reporting ecosystems. The ideal candidate will lead complex data migrations reporting optimisations and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable high-performance solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be for this position
SimCorp Dimension Expertise
Lead configuration and optimisation of SCD modules including Trade Flow SMF PFC DEX DFS Data Import Cash Management Trade Manager and Accounting.
Drive data transitions between legacy and new SCD modules (e.g. APL to Trade Manager

Facility/SSD to Private Debt).
Data Modelling & Reporting
Architect and maintain data models for financial regulatory and operational reporting.
Optimise report performance

Automation & Process Improvement
Automate audit and reconciliation processes eliminating manual effort and improving accuracy.
Clean up technical debt in SCD systems (e.g. AUX jobs SecLending trades DEX optimisations).

Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with middle and back-office teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Act as Product Owner for data warehouse initiatives managing backlogs and defining acceptance criteria.

Technical Leadership
Provide mentorship and training on SCD data structures and reporting tools.
Contribute to the data migration efforts and support outsourcing transitions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications
10 years of experience with SimCorp Dimension including deep knowledge of trade workflows and accounting schemes.
Proven experience with Oracle SQL Server.
Strong understanding of financial instruments: fixed income equities derivatives (IRS CDS TRS options futures).
Demonstrated success in automating complex processes and improving system performance.
Experience as a Product Owner or Agile team lead is a strong asset.

Preferred Skills
Experience with data governance and audit compliance.
Familiarity with vendor data mapping and integration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent command of French and English both spoken and written*.

*Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
