Pay: $22 - $27 per hour
Age Group: Toddlers/ 2 year olds
Requirements: BA or AA in ECE or CDA or 5 years experience plus high school diploma
Schedule:

Curriculum & Lesson Implementation
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with developmental milestones.
- Incorporate sensory play music and movement language development and hands-on learning.
- Facilitate both structured and unstructured play experiences.
- Observe and adapt activities based on individual child needs and interests.
- Support toddlers language acquisition emotional expression gross and fine motor development and independence.
- Guide and model appropriate behavior and social interactions.
- Encourage self-help skills (feeding dressing toileting hand washing).
- Build trusting relationships with children and families.
- Provide daily verbal or written updates on each childs day (eating sleeping toileting activities).
- Communicate developmental observations and concerns to parents and leadership team.
- Maintain an organized clean and engaging classroom environment.
- Ensure toys and learning materials are rotated and sanitized regularly.
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associates degree in Early childhood or Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred along with a study plan for obtaining early childcare certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
