Job Summary
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly or indirectly supervises associates and/or supervisors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to interviewing hiring and training associates; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the hotel by supervising daily housekeeping activities maintaining organized work schedules and coordinating with other departments.
- Train motivate and monitor housekeeping staff ensuring high performance adherence to safety protocols and exceptional service standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces ensuring cleanliness meets brand standards; implement a 100-point room inspection system.
- Maintain proper linen cleaning supplies and amenities; manage requisitions and purchases while staying within budget.
- Enforce safety rules address maintenance needs and coordinate with engineering for timely repairs and upkeep.
- Keep leadership informed of significant issues monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with hotel and franchise standards.

- Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week). Must have flexible availability to include nights weekends and holidays.
Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must be able to speak read and understand English.
