Responsibilities
Facilitate Individual Family and Group Therapy: Lead group therapy sessions that include process-oriented psycho-educational and experiential modalities with a focus on trauma-informed care and adolescent development.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with therapists nurses and medical providers to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
Prepare and Reflect: Allocate time for session planning documentation and professional development to maintain clinical excellence and alignment with the programs therapeutic goals.
Engage Adolescents with Intentional Practice: Create a safe inclusive environment where teens can explore emotions build skills and experience growth through weekend programming.
Maintain Timely Documentation: Complete clear accurate group notes and progress summaries within required timelines to support collaborative treatment planning.
Model Professional and Personal Growth: Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and embody Embarks values of adaptability empathy and holistic care. This is a perfect opportunity for those working on their licensing clinical hours!

Qualifications
- Clinical license preferred LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) & LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker.) Provisionally licensed therapists are encouraged to apply!
- Must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practices
- Passion for counseling teens and young adults struggling with mental health challenges
- Ability to incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
- Experience in residential settings and relational experiential and systemic modalities preferred
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role including frequent standing walking across a large campus and responding safely and effectively during crisis situations.
