MHMR is looking for Crisis RN Supervisor to join our this position you will provide support for Programs in Supported Living Network and Crisis Services. As the Crisis RN Supervisor you will provide nursing oversight for all aspects of the programs provide support for daily operations and is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. RN Supervisor will be responsible for developing and maintaining a standardized environment to meet Texas CCBHC NCQA and CARF standards in nursing care for the Crisis Programs ICF Group Homes and Habilitation program at ABG. This oversight ensures consist patient focused care defining standards for evidence-based quality patient care managing and developing a positive nursing environment training new staff and providing leadership to the nursing teams.

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

Defined Education: Nursing

Years Experience: Three (3) years

License/Certifications: RN License in the State of Texas
