We areseekinga strategic and growth-minded Associate Marketing Manager to support digital marketing efforts for our Parts&Servicebusiness. As part of the digital marketing team this role willbe responsible fordriving trafficoptimizingconversion andenhancing post-purchase engagement through targeted digital programs. The ideal candidate will blend eCommerce acumen with customer lifecycle expertise supporting the integration of Parts & Service offerings into the broader customer journey. You will have the opportunity to own and lead specific projects within the Parts & Service scope with guidance and oversight from leadership.
This role will report to the e-Commerce Manager and will have strong collaboration with Product.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of digital marketing programs to grow Parts Service and Contracts revenue via eComm and lead gen channels.
Identifyquick-win opportunities to improve site performance and customer engagementon the Parts site.
Collaborate witheCommteamto improve conversion rates and user experience on the Parts site.
Use analytics and customer feedback to inform CRO strategies.
Leadpaid media SEO and email nurture programs to drive qualified traffic to the PartseCommsiteand Service web pages with support from senior team members.
Partner with internal and external teams to execute campaigns and measure performance.
Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools toidentifyand engagecustomerspost-purchase.
Develop segmentation strategies to upsell service contracts and promote repeat purchases.
Partner with key account managers and segment marketers to create post-purchase collateral and tools.
Ensure messaging consistency across channels and touchpoints.
Act as a lifecycle SME to support other segments and regions in developing post-purchase strategies.
Maintain strong dotted-line collaboration with B2B marketing and regional teams.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Digital Marketing: Proven experience in paid media SEO email marketing and CRM activation.
Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Deep understanding of pre-purchase purchase and post-purchase touchpoints.
eCommerce Acumen: Familiarity with site optimization CRO and digital merchandising.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret web analytics CRM data and campaign performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across marketing salesIT productmanagementandeCommteams.
Content & Messaging: Strong ability to craft compelling messaging for post-purchase engagement.
Preferred Experience:
3 years of professional experience in digital or lifecycle marketing
B2B marketing experience especially infitnessormanufacturingsectors.
Experience with platforms like Salesforce Adobe Experience Cloud or similar.
Familiarity witheCommplatforms (e.g. Magento Shopify SAP Commerce).
Understanding of service contract marketing or aftermarket sales.
