What Youll Be Doing (Spoiler: Not Just Drafting Memos)

Handling a caseload of professional liability matters from initial investigation through resolution.
Taking and defending depositions (yes youll get to do them!) Drafting real pleadings motions and briefs that end up in court not just on a partners desk
Making court appearances and arguing your heart out
Reviewing ESI interviewing witnesses

What You Bring:

3 years of litigation experience
Nevada Bar license
Killer research and writing skills
Poise presence and a love for arguing your point in a packed courtroom
