Description
Continuant is a Managed Services Provider and Systems Integrator offering world-class solutions for UC and AC systems. We are seeking a full-time IVR Technican for a key role in support of a retail customer. This role is full-time and onsite operating within the hours of 8am-5pm (M-F) and on call afterhours. This role will support the Indyme IVR system troubleshooting system failures repairing system breaks and testing parts.
Job Duties:
Installation:Install and configure IVR systems
Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on existing IVR equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly. This includes checking and servicing hardware wiring and other components.
Troubleshooting and repair:Diagnose and resolve technical problems with IVR software and hardware. This may involve replacing parts and components or performing on-site repairs.
Customer support:Serve as a primary point of contact with clients during service calls. This includes providing clear communication and if appropriate training colleagues on how to use the equipment.
Record keeping:Maintain accurate records of all installation and service activities including reports on equipment and inventory.
Collaboration:Work closely with project managers and support teams to complete installations and service tickets efficiently.
Qualifications
Requirements:
5 Years experience supporting and repairing Indyme IVR system ideally CU4400 & CU5200
Ticket management experience
Excellent communication and customer skills
Demonstrated MACD and troubleshooting skills on voice/IVR systems
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for service provider circuits and ability to isolate circuit issues
Good organizational and time management skills
